Do You Delight Your Customers? (A Question For Both Home & Small Business Owners)

As both a home and small business owner myself, I have learned to make it a point to ‘delight’ my customers.

With that, not only has our retention (repeat business) rate increased but so has our referrals.

So if after watching this video, you feel that you need to start ‘delighting’ your customers too…

You are very smart because statistics show that with a few simple thank you notes in a period of a year, can increase your business retention and referrals by 17%.

And on a not so happy note…

Statistics show that “for every month you don’t communicate with your customers, you lose 10% of your influence” and in this economy, that opens the door for your competition to step in.  Not an ideal situation to put yourself in.
